Office Update relating to COVID-19

Office Update relating to COVID-19

March 13, 2020

Dear Friends :

With all of the changing news and updates relating to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) impacting more and more of our daily lives, we wanted to update you on steps taken to minimize any potential impact to clients, and maximize our efforts to keep our firm and clients safe.

This event, first and foremost, has all of us focused on the safety and health of our family, friends, and clients. We are closely monitoring the rapidly changing data and facts associated with COVID-19 and the impact it is having both locally and around the globe.

Our firm recently revisited and revised our Business Continuity Plan in January 2020, prior to the start of the COVID-19 issue. We want to assure you that we have solid plans in place to minimize any possible disruption to our firm and our ability to service our clients.

Keeping with the recommendations of health authorities, you may find the employees and advisers of Viceroy Wealth Counsel working from their home offices more often. If you need to contact Viceroy Wealth Counsel, the best number to call is the main number of (513) 794-1899. Our operators will easily be able to locate the person you are trying to contact, whether they are working from the office or working from their home.

The following additional steps are being taken :

  • Purell bottles are now located in EVERY room of the office, versus just at the front desk.
  • Antibacterial wipes are being used multiple times throughout the day to wipe down surfaces at the office.

We enjoy talking with our clients in the office, however, we understand if under the current circumstances, you would prefer to have any upcoming appointments conducted over the phone. Please let us know and we can easily accommodate.

Dealing with a challenging time like we are now having is never easy. As we move forward to beat this virus by avoiding large gatherings, social distancing, and staying at home more often, the U.S. economy may slow and grind to a halt for a period of time. Using a car engine as an analogy, the engine may slow to a stall.

However.....an engine can restart and take off again.

The American economy is the strongest it has ever been prior to COVID-19. We have no doubt the economy will be back on track soon.

We wish everyone good health as we all work to get through this challenging time together. We are here, as always, should you need us.
